Hey there Mummies we see you and know how much you need some normality back into your life! We get how you are feeling and how you crave more body movement and your your own pace to feel stronger, fitter and more self confident in your incredible temple you live in that JUST created or creating another little human.
We provide a space where Mums & Bubs or Mums to be can come to exercise to get endorphins pumping and have a chat about mummy life experiences with those going thru the same journey in life.
A 45 min class of stretching, weights, cardio to ease yourself back into a exercise regime during pregnancy or after to help you with the carrying & birthing your bubs and to bounce back quicker to a stronger more self confident version of YOU!
