NUTRITIONAL TIP:
Fat loss is 70% achieved in the kitchen and 30 % exercise with an increased heart rate.
Here are some helpful tips for fat loss:
- Eat 5-6 small clean meals a day ever 2-3 hours
- Take time to prep meals and have a plan of what you are going to cook
- Add a portion of protein (meat, fish, chicken, egg, tofu and etc) to every meal, choose more green vegetables and a small serving of a clean carbohydrate (brown or basmati rice, sweet potato, oatmeal etc)
- Drink 2-3 litres of purified water a day for good hydration and to avoid hunger pangs
- Before breakfast add 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water for a mini detox.
